Ethical Leadership, Risk, and Resilience
Debbie’s proven, practical strategies for fostering a “speaking up” culture and more conscious, ethical approaches to leadership and decision-making help executives and boards create cultures of integrity and inclusion. Her methodology engages stakeholders directly for managing compliance, ethical and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risks and opportunities, integrate those insights into operations and culture. She also coaches ethics and compliance professionals in effective leadership and personal resilience.
With degrees in both engineering and law, Debbie’s pragmatic approach is informed by decades of in-house leadership and consulting roles in compliance and ethics, legal, environment and safety, security, sustainability, strategic planning, management, and communications—as well as C-suite experience.
Having previously served as general counsel and chief compliance officer for two chemical companies, as well as other leadership roles in corporations and in two ethics & compliance training companies, she has an uncommon perspective and profound understanding of the needs on both sides of the client/vendor relationship.
Debbie is passionate about learning, teaching, and helping others see how the dots connect. She is the Founder and President of Resiliti.
